Outdoor fitness using the elements, the nature around us, your and others body-weight to get the hearts pumping and each other laughing.
A warm-up of games, partner mobility and primal movement is followed by a circuit workout that's programmed into 3 phases of breath-work:
FOCUS: Slow, time-under-tension, emphasis on form allowing me to guide, teach and assist before training intensity increases in the next phases.
FLOW: Repeat the circuit with greater intensity, max sets within the allotted time under the restriction of maintaining the set breathing pattern.
FIGHT: Pre-load the right state within the body with focused breathing and straight into max reps for a shorter time period with no restriction.
Completed by entering the cold sea while your body already has the right state pre-loaded from training, then down-regulate using the breath.
