Just 5 places will be available for each event. Each Tribe of 6, including me, Scott Riley - founder of Causeway Living (read my story here) will grow over a weekend of breath-work and focus training, cold water immersion, mountain hiking, sharing and group discussion.

FRIDAY: THE OTHERS
WE BREATHE - FULLY IN AND LET IT GO
The mountain lodge will be available for check-in from 7pm. Get your first taste of the x30 breathing practice and enter our first talking circle with an evening workshop beginning 8pm.
Settle into comfortable surroundings, a large private room with 6 single beds for our Tribe, 2 private showers & bathroom, private kitchen and space to stretch, breathe and meditate. We also have access to a communal lounge with a real fireplace and larger kitchen / dining space.
SATURDAY: THE WILD
THE SEA, THE TREES AND THE MOUNTAIN
We breathe, meditate and stretch in preparation for a hike over Slieve Donard, Ulster’s tallest peak, then an introduction to the cold at Bloody Bridge, where the water runs down to the sea.
After a hearty breakfast, transport to and from our hike is arranged. High-calorie packed lunches with vegan option will get us through the adventure. An evening talking circle to discuss what we've learnt and some relaxation will follow a healthy dinner, then an early night.
SUNDAY: THE COLD
AWAKENING YOUR GIANT STRENGTH
Put what you’ve learnt to the test as we take a short hike to Lough Shannagh and prepare to submerge into the cold mountain water. Sharpen focus and take that skill into your daily life.
The final adventure on retreat follows a repeat of the previous morning's routine: stretching, breathing, meditation and a healthy breakfast. Another lunch on the move, then back lodge for warm drinks and a final talking circle to really integrate all of the lessons from the weekend.

DEEP BREATH - VIDEO GUIDE
The Deep Breath daily breathing practice firstly invites you to start using different areas of your breathing apparatus, engaging the diaphragm and explaining how that affects your nervous system.
From there, we go deeper with an explanation and guide to the x30 and 3x30 breathing method.
