Overall during the shift I lost around 4 kg and made some great friends from afar. I would recommend this not to everyone. If you are after a fad diet or quick fix, this is probably not for you. If you want to make meaningful changes and have a meaningful experience then go for it. Thanks to Scott and the rest of my tribe for all the support then and even still now months later.
