Main curriculum 11am - 3pm, then an optional extra hang-out at the end for whoever wants to grab teas & coffees together at the café before hitting the road (highly recommended to warm back up and refuel).

This Wim Hof Method Mountain Workshop will cover all the WHM fundamentals: Breathwork session and introduction at the studio, focus and mindset training in the forest, then cold immersion on the mountain in one of it's amazing rock pools.

Experiences are limited to just 6 people at a time, so there's much more opportunity to connect, ask questions and get personal guidance than the bigger workshops. Intro price £99 for the day.
